Return & Exchange Policy
At Travel with tech , we want you to love your new bag! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:
1. Return Window
You have 48 Hours from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item is unused and in *resaleable condition,new with all tags and original packaging.
- The return request is made within 48 Hours of delivery.
- 360 Degree product unboxing video is mendatory for return or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards.
- Free Gift
- Used bags
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are usually issued within 10 business days after the return is received.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.( If any )
5. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, please return the original item and place a new order for the exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@travelwithtech.in with 360 Degree unboxing video.
